Shipping policy

I am currently making up, packing and posting all orders within:

2-3 business days for all of my journals, apart from my bespoke travel journal which has a processing time of 10 business days.

Items are then sent either via:

• Royal Mail 24 Tracked Post
• Royal Mail Special Delivery

Postage prices will be calculated based on weight. As a quick guide, you'll pay £3.90 for a single notebook to be sent via Royal Mail 24 Tracked service and £5.00 for a heavier guided journal. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order has been posted.

Please email info@theselfcarejournalco.co.uk for any help.
