I wrote this poem many years ago in memory of my daughter who was stillborn the day after my due date. They say that grief is love with nowhere to go. Having somewhere to write to the person you’ve lost, your thoughts over time and journal your grief journey can be very cathartic. Looking back over time, it can help you to realise both how far you’ve come, and also the new room you’ve made in your heart to house that grief (love).

How will my notebook arrive?
Each journal comes inside of a (free) The Self-care Journal co. book pouch. I also include a little tag and the front ties together in a bow, so these are really lovely for giving as gifts. The book pouch can then be used over and over again going forward and helps to keep books scratch/scuff free inside of bags.

Can I include a gift message instead of the tag?
Yes you can. There is a space for a note at checkout where you can add your message, or you can send me an email after ordering.
