How is the A5 notebook personalised?
You can choose between having your notebook personalised in silver foil print, gold foil print, black foil print or engraved to the outside (turquoise colour can be engraved only). 

Pens
Each personalised grief journal comes with a pen that complements your chosen notebook colour with either a silver or gold trim.

How will my notebook arrive?
Each journal comes inside of a "The Self-care Journal co." expandable notebook envelope, which is really lovely for gift giving. My standard postage is via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Can I include a gift message?
Yes you can. There is a space for a note at checkout where you can add your message, or you can send me an email after ordering.
