Postage prices will be calculated based on weight. As a quick guide, you'll pay £3.90 for a single notebook to be sent via Royal Mail 24 Tracked service and £5.00 for a heavier guided journal. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order has been posted.
If you are buying a gift and would like your order sent out in time for a particular date, I will always do my absolute best.

Who is the journal for?
Anyone who would like to keep a connection to their baby/babies while exploring their individual grief through writing.
The journal hasn’t been written for one specific circumstance. Whatever your experience, this journal can offer a gentle, private space to explore your feelings and let them out safely.
The journal isn’t intrusive or full of set “exercises” — it’s self-led, so it can be used slowly, revisited, and returned to over time if that feels right.

How will my grief journal arrive?
Each journal comes inside of a 'The Self-care Journal co.' book envelope. I also include a little quote tag, so these are really lovely for giving as gifts.
Can I include a gift message?
Yes you can. There is a space for a note at checkout where you can add your message, or you can send me an email after ordering.
