- Royal Mail Special Delivery
Postage prices will be calculated based on weight. As a quick guide, you'll pay £3.50 for a single notebook to be sent via Royal Mail 24 Tracked service and £5.00 for a heavier guided journal. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order has been posted.
If you are buying a gift and would like your order sent out in time for a particular date, I will always do my absolute best.

The inside of the front cover shown reads:

This can also be changed to match the name on the front and also "us" can be changed to "me" if from one child.

How is the A5 notebook personalised?
I personalise the outside and inside cover of each book using silver or gold foil printing.
**Please note that the trim on all of the pens is silver**

Your personalised dad A5 notebook will come in a The Self-care Journal co. book pouch.
Can I include a gift message?
Yes you can. There is a space for a note at checkout where you can add your message, or you can send me an email after ordering.
Is it a hardback cover on the A5 personalised notebook?
Yes, our notebooks have a soft touch, hardback cover.
