The inspiration behind this notebook
I received an order from a lady who had lost her mum when she was 13; and she wished so much that she had something like this to look back on. It's really inspired me to create these notebooks and write to my own children. I'd previously seen a letters to child notebook to be more about capturing the milestones and memories, but this is so much more. This is to share how much we love them, how precious they are in the world and how much we wish they could see themselves through our eyes.

Again, you can have anything you like; just let me know in the personalisation box. I've added the quote I chose below in case you'd like it too. I chose this quote imagining my adult children reading them.

How is the A5 notebook personalised?
I personalise the outside and inside cover of each book using silver or gold foil printing. 
**Please note that the trim on all of the pens is silver**

How will my notebook arrive?
Each journal comes inside of a (free) The Self-care Journal co. book pouch. I also include a little tag and the front ties together in a bow, so these are really great for giving as gifts. The book pouch can then be used over and over again going forward and helps to keep books scratch/scuff free inside of bags.

Can I include a gift message instead of the tag?
Yes you can. There is a space for a note at checkout where you can add your message, or you can send me an email after ordering.

Is it a hardback cover on the A5 personalised notebook?
Yes, our notebooks have a soft touch, hardback cover.
