- Royal Mail 24 Tracked Post
- Royal Mail Special Delivery
Postage prices will be calculated based on weight. As a quick guide, you'll pay £3.90 for a single notebook to be sent via Royal Mail 24 Tracked service and £5.00 for a heavier guided journal. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order has been posted.
If you are buying a gift and would like your order sent out in time for a particular date, I will always do my absolute best.

Inside cover:
I can print any message that you would like on the inside cover, making a wonderful keepsake for your husband, wife, partner, girlfriend or boyfriend. Note: The text limit is 350 characters. You can have a personal quote or saying that is meaningful to you both, or you can simply say "I love you!" or "We've got this!"
How is the A5 notebook personalised?
You can choose to have the outside cover personalised in silver, gold, black foil, or opt for engraved (turquoise colour can be engraved only).
Pens
Each personalised couples notebook comes with a pen that complements your chosen notebook colour with either a silver or gold trim.

How will my notebook arrive?
Each journal comes inside of a "The Self-care Journal co." expandable notebook envelope, which is really lovely for gift giving.
Can I include a gift message?
Yes you can. There is a space for a note at checkout where you can add your message, or you can send me an email after ordering.
