Postage prices will be calculated based on weight. As a quick guide, you'll pay £3.90 for a single notebook to be sent via Royal Mail 24 Tracked service and £5.00 for a heavier guided journal. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order has been posted.
If you are buying a gift and would like your order sent out in time for a particular date, I will always do my absolute best.

Can I change the poem inside?
Absolutely! You're more than welcome to include a different poem, lyrics (part of), or your own personal words on the inside cover (350 characters max). Or if you'd rather leave it blank, just let me know in the personalisation box.
How is the A5 notebook personalised?
You can choose to have the outside cover personalised in silver, gold, black foil, or opt for engraved (turquoise colour can be engraved only).
Pens
Each personalised grief notebook comes with a pen that complements your chosen notebook colour with either a silver or gold trim.
Do you have any other designs?
Yes, I have a number of grief journals available from my website with different designs suitable for the loss of a father, loss of a mother, loss of a wife, loss of a husband, loss of a son, loss of a daughter, loss of a child, loss of a sister, loss of a friend, loss of a nan, loss of a grandad, etc.

Our personalised in memory journals are blank with lined pages ready to be filled with letters and thoughts to your loved one. I include a bookmark with every grief notebook order that has a link to a page with grief writing prompts and ideas to help when a blank page feels overwhelming. How will my notebook arrive?
Every journal is tucked inside a "The Self-care Journal Co." envelope folder – perfect for giving or keeping safe. My standard postage is via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Can I include a gift message instead of the tag?
Yes you can. There is a space for a note at checkout where you can add your message, or you can send me an email after ordering.
